THIS WEEK’S FOCUS
Before change becomes possible, awareness must become honest.
This week is about learning to recognize the subtle signals your system gives you before stress becomes overwhelm, reaction, extremes, or collapse.
Your body often knows before your mind explains.
CORE TEACHING
Most people notice stress late.
They notice it once tension, overthinking, urgency, resentment, or exhaustion is already active.
Inner Signal Tracking teaches you to notice earlier.
Earlier awareness = greater choice.
Guided Steps
This Week’s Practice
3 Times Per Day Pause
(60 Seconds)
Ask yourself:
What is happening in my body right now?
What (sensation first, then) emotion may be present beneath the surface?
What thought loop is active?
What would regulation look like in this moment?
Then take 3 slow breaths.
Pattern Interrupt Tool
When you notice an old reactive thought pattern:
Hold a pocket crystal (optional*)
Pause
Hand to heart
One breath
Replace with a truer thought
(Then squeeze the crystal while holding the truer thought)
Example:
“I’m behind.”
Turns into → “I can meet one thing at a time.”
Reflection Prompts
At the end of each day (or shift) or beginning of the next, ask:
Where did I override myself?
When did I return to center?
What helped most?
Jot down short notes (or start a small Journal) of your thoughts and experience so you can track your progress (Optional)
