From SPIRAL DYNAMICS

Spiral Dynamics is an organizing structure of thought which originated from developmental psychology, offered by Dr. Don Beck, and based largely on psychologist Clare W. Graves's work, describing human development through evolving value systems. It has a variety of successful business and personal applications such as within organizational and therapeutic development strategies.

SOMETHING INTERESTING HAPPENS WHEN YOU TAKE THE PERSPECTIVE OF YOUR SELF AT THE CENTER OF EACH CYCLE OF EXPERIENCE…

YOU BEGIN TO SEE, NOT JUST A DICHOTOMY OF YIN/YANG, LIGHT/DARK, RIGHT/LEFT, SELF/OTHER…

YOU BEGIN TO SEE BOTH YOUR SELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND OTHER ‘SELVES’ FROM A MORE ENVELOPING VIEW.

YOU BEGIN TO WITNESS (AWARENESS) + TO EXPERIENCE (EMBODIED) YOURSELF IN ACTIVE + FLUID RELATIONSHIP TO THE ALL…

YOU ROOT, GROW, BLOSSOM, AND FRUIT — NOT ONLY FROM THE GROUND UP, BUT FROM THE INSIDE OUT — IN OTHER WORDS, FROM THE INDIVIDUAL THROUGH THE RELATIONAL, AND INTO THE COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE.

SIMULTANEOUSLY, IN COUNTER-BALANCE, THE UNIVERSE ENVELOPES YOU FROM ALL AROUND, FROM THE EXTERIOR TO THE INTERIOR. AS YOUR REALIZATION GROWS, YOUR EXPERIENCE OF UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS BECOMES GRADUALLY MORE PERSONAL UNTIL YOU ARE NOT ONLY CONVERSING DIRECTLY WITH THE UNIVERSE ON A DAILY BASIS, BUT REALIZING “I AM THAT” IN RELATION TO EVERYTHING YOU AT FIRST PERCEIVE AS ‘OTHER’.

THE UNIVERSAL IMPULSE IS BEATING LIKE A HEART + FLOWING LIKE A STREAM, + GROWING LIKE A PLANT, + MIGRATING LIKE A HERD, + MOVING LIKE A WAVE, BREATHING THROUGH EVERYONE + EVERYTHING. FOR LIFE IS CONSCIOUSNESS EMBODIED.

YOU BEGIN TO NOTICE THAT THIS MOVEMENT OR WAVES ARE CYCLIC. YOU BEGIN TO SEE HOW EACH CYCLE’S “REASONING” OR “DEVELOPMENT” IS RELATIVE TO THE OTHER CYCLES. YOU BEGIN TO ALLOW YOURSELF TO CHANGE AS YOU EVOLVE THROUGH EACH CYCLE… MEANING….

CHAKRA 1: ♂ SELF EXISTENCE + ♀ TRUST IN THE PROCESS

IN THE FIRST CYCLE YOU START OUT VERY TIMID + ARE AT THE MERCY OF NATURE, SPIRITS, FORCES, ANCESTORS, + THE GROUP AROUND YOU, + TO WHOM YOU MUST BE GRATEFUL IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SUPPORT. THIS ESTABLISHES A SENSE OF SAFETY IN EXISTING + STABILITY OF RECEIVING OR PROVIDING BASIC RESOURCES + FUNCTIONAL NEEDS. THERE IS GREAT URGENCY + FIERCENESS CHANNELLED AT THIS CYCLE, + THE FRONTIER BEGINS TO SHOW UP WHEN YOU’RE READY TO START TRUSTING YOURSELF

CHAKRA 2: ♂SELF IDENTITY + ♀ CORE TRADITION IN SUPPORT OF BELIEF

IN THE SECOND CYCLE YOU BEGIN TO ESTABLISH HABITS OR PRACTICES THAT WORK + THIS BUILDS MOMENTUM. YOU BEGIN TO RECOGNIZE HOW YOU FIT INTO THE EXISTING GROUP HABITS + THOUGHT (OR HOW YOU DON’T FIT IN). AND THIS GALVANIZES YOUR LEVEL OF DEVOTION TO WHAT WORKS (+ SPURNING OF WHAT DOESN’T) IN A DUALISTIC KIND OF WAY. YOU ARE IN A CONSTANT FIGHT TO SAVE WHAT HAS VALUE + SUPPRESS OR EXTINGUISH WHAT DOESN’T, IN A RIGHT/WRONG, BLACK/WHITE, US/THEM KIND OF WAY). THERE IS GREAT PASSION CHANNELLED AT THIS CYCLE, + THE FRONTIER ONLY SHOWS UP WHEN YOU’RE READY TO RISK LOSING OR LEAVING THE BELIEFS + IDENTITY THAT FORMED YOU UP UNTIL NOW IN SEARCH OF NEW CHOICES, A NEW IDENTITY, + A NEW PATH.

CHAKRA 3: ♂ SELF WILL + ♀ RELATIVITY OF VALUE AMONG GROUPS

IN THE THIRD CYCLE YOUR MOMENTUM BEGINS TO DIFFERENTIATE FROM THOSE EARLIER SUPPORTS IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH A NEW WAY OR A GREATER WAY. YOU SEE THROUGH THE LIMITS OF WHAT DOES + DOESN’T WORK + IT’S NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU ANYMORE. YOU MUST FLY ON YOUR OWN TO DISCOVER WHAT ELSE IS POSSIBLE, BEYOND THE ESTABLISHED NORMS.

FOR EXAMPLE, THIS CYCLIC GROWTH PATTERN MAY LOOK LIKE:

WHERE YOU ONCE MAY HAVE BEEN AFRAID TO EXIST IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS, NOW YOU FEEL SAFER, MORE SOLID AND RESOURCED.

You don’t fear the unknown in new places, you seek and experience acceptance from new people and places.

In the consumer 1st world, you can eat, afford your own shelter, take care of your health, pay your bills, and save toward education and your desired lifestyle.

NOW, YOU BEGIN TO TAKE ON THE FAMILIARITY OF WHAT’S NEEDED IN ORDER TO FULFILL THE ROLE FOR OTHERS

THEN… YOU BEGIN TO OUTGROW THE OLD + EITHER BRANCH OUT ON YOUR OWN OR TAKE THE MOMENTUM TO A NEW LEVEL

Psychology Of Red

Amassing as much as one can often stems from a fear of lack. Here the inner identity is still struggling to assert itself against the environment or everything/one else. It is building an ego, a structure of self-value in relation to other-value.

One imbalanced stage on the way to a healthy developmental level at Red, is the circumstance where one accumulates more than one needs, yet is still identified with the resources (the form) themselves (outside of oneself) rather than the skill (inner identify) for amassing and distributing such power equally between one-self and others.

This stems from an state of individuation where the impulsive and yet fragile identity does not yet have a balanced sense of how to maintain what will help the self without fear of non-existence or shame upon losing it. Hence, the tendency to hold onto resources or status without fair distribution, or only to one’s inner circle, tribe, or cartel.

Healthy Practices + Structures for Self Mastery

• Martial Arts - with an adherence to form as a balance of body, emotion, mind using breath, movement, and meditation.

• Dance - with formal structure and form such as Bachatta, Salsa, Capoeira, etc.

• Weight Lifting, Boxing, or Wrestling — with formal rules and yet individual power and style, this form of competition allows for the channelling of raw individual power within a socially overseen and accepted group structure of performance/achievement and recognition.

• Ritual + Repetition- from physical preparation before performance, to adherence to unique practices that build trust and establish significant developmental movement toward moving from fear into presence toward one’s goals.

Psychology of Blue

Creating essential and unequivocal order to prevent the failings or imbalances of the previous stage with its knife-edge experience of impulsiveness/subversion.

This order is intended to contain and to rule — to be the guiding commitment that one’s tribe and community at large all pledge to follow and to uphold in order to maintain the peace, or a sense of balance and moral development.

The structures that evolve here are rigid, dogmatic, and intended to be helpful as strong respectable guidance and a failsafe in keeping the raw unbridled power, otherwise unchecked, moving in the ‘right’ direction that helps the whole.

Here the ego-self begins to feel proud in upholding what is good for the whole, and thus identifies with the group or tribe based on merit or moral order. The development of the communal attitude becomes the guiding principle, and so law and order and religion and strict education or skillsets begin to form in order to reform the raw lawless energies around them.

Healthy Practices + Structures for Group Mastery

• Sports — with a team against team structure, this encourages rules, order, and success through practice, repetition, and a balance of self-mastery in collaboration or relationship with others’ self-mastery which builds reliance and trust, working toward success against one’s previous ‘best’, while challenging others.

• Performing Arts — Performances as a group, whether through storytelling such as stage performances or movies, dance performances, concerts, and collective ritual celebrations for group achievement.

Development From Impulsiveness to Order

THE MOVEMENT OF ENERGY FROM DOMINANCE/SUBMISSION INTO DISTRIBUTION/ORDER/BALANCE

Here we see the identity begin to take on a necessary structure to hold the former energetic impulsiveness.

This can be seen in the form of MORALITY (right/wrong), which is the beginning of MENTAL VALUES development in the higher chakras.

In RELIGION, it captures the spirit and emotion of DEVOTION.

In the PRISON system, it shows the organizational or business structure of efficiency as WARRIOR-SHIP.

In the EDUCATION system, it demonstrates the rules of knowledge and wisdom through SCHOLARSHIP.

This blossoming in the higher chakras occurs as a balance to the current development in the lower chakras (body urges, emotional force) where one has wielded one’s energies in a blunt or forceful way.

Now it can begin to be refined. The ego takes pride in being able to discern for itself (and it thinks) for others, what is ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’.

Cycle 2

RED WORLDVIEW

Power Dominance/Submission?

Those viewing the world through a Red lens aim to establish control and prominence through sheer influential force.

The Red psychology is wired to command respect through bold displays of dominance. They lead via raw magnetism and wielding authority. While such strong-arm influence can achieve goals, it overlooks ethics and the greater good.

In studying this further, we should explore the contexts where Red leaders gain followings versus eventual rebellion. Their impulsiveness and desire for immediate results can inspire action yet also sow seeds of uprising if they ignore prudence and care for people.

Not all expressions of power translate into ethical, sustainable leadership. Discernment is required to channel Red psychology toward positive ends rather than coercion through force of personality.

BLUE WORLDVIEW

Rules/Roles + Tradition?

The blue value system focuses on order, rules, and tradition. It is characterized by a strong sense of duty and discipline and a belief in a moral code that is handed down from a higher authority. According to the Spiral Dynamics model, this value system is often associated with traditional, religious, or military societies and is considered the fourth level of human development. People in blue vMeme are guided by strict codes of conduct, and they are conformist; they tend to be rule-bound and follow a strict hierarchy. They tend to be loyal to their group or organization and have a strong sense of duty and responsibility. They strongly believe in a moral code or laws handed down by a higher authority and tend to be very traditional, conservative, and religious. They have a strong sense of right and wrong and tend to be judgmental of others who do not conform to their beliefs.

Where In Our Energetic Architecture Do We Naturally Generate POWER + Differentiate ROLES?

SACRAL CHAKRA

Key Overview

The Sacral chakra, or Swadisthana, represents an energy of creativity, pleasure, sexuality, control and morality. It relates to our emotions, connecting us to inspiration and beauty. Located slightly below the belly button, this position corresponds directly with our reproductive organs, the testes and ovaries. It is responsible for producing sex hormones which in turn can have significant influence over our emotions.

Core Lessons

The core esoteric lessons of the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana) center focus around embracing fluidity, change, and pleasure as essential aspects of life and spiritual growth, moving beyond primal survival instincts to explore the "dwelling place of the self".

Endocrine: Ovaries / Testes

Our ovaries and testicles are sources of creative energy, as well as creative life building blueprints. The energy flowing through this center is expressed in myriad potentials for creating — whether that’s creating new life, a new project, a new relationship, an adventure, etc. This is where the energy and resources for an experience can be gathered, shared, connected, and materialized.

Element: Water

The "element of water" refers to the classical element, representing the liquid of life. Water's spiritual significance is profound and universal, symbolizing life, purity, renewal, healing, and transformation, connecting the physical and divine realms across cultures, religions, and traditions, serving as a conduit for prayer, a tool for cleansing rituals (like baptism or Wudu), and a metaphor for spiritual flow, intuition, and the powerful, adaptable life force itself. It represents divine provision, judgment, and the Holy Spirit, while also teaching resilience, balance, and the interconnectedness of all things.

SITUATIONAL EXAMPLES …

How Do We Recognize Developmental Values As

Healthy + Balanced vs Out Of Balance?

HEALTHY DEVELOPMENT

♂YANG = RED POWER + IDENTITY

RED worldview embodies:

• Impulsive, initializing actions that stem from body-learning-style movement first, usually leading ahead of thought or emotion

• Experience before concept. Action oriented, explorative, questioning boundaries. Like a toddler or kid expanding reality through lived experience. (“You can be told, but until you’ve experienced it yourself, it won’t be real for you — ie. your nervous system activates the inner map at this level.”)

•Expression of individuality, non-conformity, freedom of expression, in the moment reactions, or effectiveness.

• Experiential, not conceptual; it dares to try something new or out of the box.

• Uncomplicated movement shaped by raw energy before being refined by responsibility or cultural shaping.

• Experimentation that redirects energy pathways. This can create the possibility of a new foundation, or simply disassemble the old in order for a new foundation to become possible.

• What comes with this are feelings and thoughts in the areas of: Power, Ambition, Goals, Focus, Seriousness, Strength.

What Does Developing Healthy YANG Power + Identity Look/Feel Like?

PARKOUR

When the obstacle becomes the way — physical training to expand spatial movement.

ETHICAL HUNTING

• There are many people that to this day, choose to, or must, hunt to put food on the table. Some feel that taking animals themselves is a more ethical way to feed themselves and their family (eg. than purchasing from packaged factory farm meat at a distribution center or grocery store).

• Active engagement with local wildlife, in tune with, or response to, fluctuating population and migration habits — puts humans in greater balance within a larger contextual relationship with other species in the region’s ‘web of life’ (as opposed to mass extinction for trophy (ego not need) or non-native ideology imposition, both of which would be a disconnection from the direct relationship).

• Creative and valued use of all parts of an animal (healthy composting and reuse), including bones, sinew, hide, meat, and all. No waste, nothing devalued, ignored or misunderstood.

♀BLUE ROLES + TRADITION?

Cycle 2: YIN

BLUE worldview embodies:

  • Organized sports and teams — like the Chicago Bulls

  • Strong identity derived from dualistic sentiment or belief, such as ‘my team is better than yours’,

  • Choosing sides — often based on strong moral or ethical beliefs or values

  • Strong Traditional Cultural + Religious Beliefs — For example:

    > A Current Survey of What India’s Christians, Hindus, Muslims and More Think About ReligionPew surveys 30,000 Indians across 6 faiths and 17 languages and finds support for tolerance yet also segregation.

What Does Developing Healthy YIN Rules + Roles Look/Feel Like?

Let’s hear a brief, clear personal perspective of a woman from the Democratic Republic of Congo living in Japan…

PROSPECTIVE PERSPECTIVE Perhaps she is less interested in the structural (expressed) differences and is more interested in the energetic (being) differences in where she lives and in the collective she is around? What must it feel like to be nurtured in a social setting where she can receive support for her independence and educational growth in daily life, without having to aggressively fight for or defend it? Perhaps her saying that she doesn’t have to have an opinion is in fact a statement on her claiming her own experience of the growth that’s natural for her path, rather than letting a structure dictate where she lives or how she experiences life. Perhaps once her emotional experience is digested and she feels rebalanced from the positives of this new place, she may have bandwidth to notice how the structural differences between where she came from and where she now lives do in fact inform how supported she is able to feel and how her independence in this way can be expressed naturally. She may simply not have words for it yet and that’s perfectly fine in this cycle. This is a healthy shift (as far as this limited example goes).

  • A socio-political structure that is consistent, even if conservative, can be the next step for some to rebalance after an authoritarian-style regime

    > A woman from the Democratic Republic of Congo is living in Japan. Her family and social media followers inquire what she thinks and feels in regard to a general view that Japan in getting more conservative….

In her view, the traditional values of Japan hold an educational and social structure that seems fairly inclusive, and a political structure that seems more consistent (even if conservative) (Blue) than the political (Red) authoritarian climate she came from, where she feels the politicians in some cases don’t even consult the people, or when they do, the direction they take does not seem to have the best interests of the people in mind or heart.

OPPORTUNITIES, CHALLENGES + LESSONS

What Does RED Power + Identity Look Like When It Grows Out Of Balance?

• When Red Values begin to expand based on Self Will and the Benefit of the Few rather than the Whole (This is relative since the benefit of the Few changes in reference the Whole as one’s values and reach expand).

SUBJECTIVE QUIZ

1) Why, in your opinion, do some groups designate Hamas as a terrorist organization, and others don’t?

2) What are, in your opinion, the relative perspectives or differing structural worldviews at play here?

Whether Hamas is considered a terrorist organization depends on the country or international body in question, as there is no universal consensus on the designation.

Countries and Entities That Designate Hamas as a Terrorist Organization

Many Western nations and their allies designate Hamas, in its entirety, as a terrorist organization. This designation often results in sanctions and prohibitions on providing material support to the group.

  • United States: Designated Hamas as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) in 1997.

  • European Union: The EU has designated Hamas as a terrorist group since 2003 and established a specific sanctions regime against it in January 2024.

  • United Kingdom: Proscribed Hamas as a terrorist organization in its entirety in 2021.

  • Canada: Listed Hamas as a terrorist entity under the Anti-Terrorism Act since 2002.

  • Australia: The entire organization was listed as a terrorist entity in 2022.

  • Japan and New Zealand: Also designate Hamas as a terrorist organization.

  • Israel: Considers Hamas a terrorist organization.

  • Organization of American States (OAS): The General Secretariat officially qualified Hamas' actions as terrorist in 2021.

Countries and Entities That Do Not

Other countries and international bodies do not formally designate Hamas as a terrorist organization, often viewing it as a legitimate resistance movement or a political entity that governs the Gaza Strip.

  • United Nations: Hamas is not on the official list of groups designated as terrorist organizations by the UN Security Council, despite calls from some member states to add it.

  • Russia: Maintains diplomatic relations with Hamas' political wing and has not designated the group as a terrorist organization.

  • China: Does not list Hamas as a terrorist organization and acknowledges it as a legitimately elected political entity.

  • Turkey and Qatar: These countries host Hamas officials and do not consider it a terrorist organization, often positioning themselves as mediators in the conflict.

  • Brazil, India, and Norway are among other nations that do not formally list Hamas as a terrorist organization.

Hamas itself is a Palestinian Sunni Islamist political and military movement that has governed Gaza since 2007. Its 1988 charter explicitly called for the destruction of Israel, although a 2017 policy document offered to accept a transitional Palestinian state along the 1967 borders without recognizing Israel's legitimacy.

Where Do The Red + The Blue Worldviews Live?

Worldview Map courtesy of Mit18 sss on Reddit.

RED COUNTRIES

• Breaks with tradition to become strong, powerful, and in control of their new self, tribe, or direction. This can be creative, daring, unconventional. Or protective, self-serving, and authoritarian.

• Challenges: Civil war or conflict or low government control and corruption (Perspective from ‘worldview cartographer’)

BLUE COUNTRIES

• Blue Regions: Global status quo with strong government but less quality of life or more conservative thinking. (Perspective from ‘worldview cartographer’)

MICHAEL SYSTEM ARCHETYPES

What Is The Personality Archetype of Power + Roles?

The Warrior

The Warrior always requires a challenge. The warrior seeks to command and explore. Views the world as unconquered territory. The warrior takes charge through an instinctive drive. They are drawn to professions that encourage activity and provide challenges.

Warriors express themselves through action, courage, and protection, striving to overcome challenges and achieve their goals with determination. Warriors embody a courageous and action-oriented nature. They possess a keen awareness of their immediate surroundings, enabling them to navigate through challenges with strength and decisiveness. Warriors excel in leading, protecting, and taking direct action, making them effective problem-solvers and natural leaders in times of crisis.

RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS

RED + BLUE

At a personal level, it’s about learning healthy boundaries:

In relationship dynamics, the narcissist's need for validation/control and the empath's sensitivity/desire to help) are filtered through the prevailing worldview’s "rules for living":

• That’s just the way it is/they are/i am = Belief without a direct understanding; or without a wider more detached perspective or more inclusive understanding

• Because I/they/we said so = Power without direct wisdom or contextual understanding; or without a wider more inclusive view

• Use of ‘Absolutes’ such as ‘always/never’, ‘truth/lies’, ‘acceptance/ignoring or removal’ = Dualistic extremes, self and collective identity vs the world

The Projections That Originate In Our Self

Projecting a desire for others' self-agency (autonomy) backfires when it masks your own need for control, feels like criticism (e.g., "You need to be more independent!"), dismisses real struggles with "just be autonomous" platitudes, or comes from a place of judgment, actually undermining the person's confidence and increasing their dependency or self-doubt, especially in contexts like therapy or close relationships where it feels like an unearned, imposed expectation rather than genuine support for their own journey.

When it's Counterproductive (The Opposite Effect):

  1. When It's a Loaded Expectation: If you frame "self-agency" as a demand ("Why can't you just handle this yourself?!"), it becomes a criticism, implying they are failing, which triggers defensiveness or shame, not empowerment.

  2. When it Dismisses Genuine Struggle: Telling someone in crisis to "be autonomous" can feel invalidating, as if their struggles aren't real or their inability to act is a moral failing, increasing their feelings of helplessness.

  3. When it's Projection (Unconscious): If you yourself fear vulnerability or lack agency, projecting "be independent" onto others can be a way to avoid your own discomfort, making the advice feel hollow or hypocritical.

  4. When it Lacks Empathy: Focusing solely on their agency without acknowledging their feelings, support needs, or the external barriers they face makes it feel cold and detached, undermining connection.

  5. When It's a Narcissistic Trait: A person with narcissistic tendencies might demand others' independence while simultaneously controlling them, projecting their own need for admiration as a demand for self-sufficiency.

How it's Perceived (The Backfire):

  • Increased Self-Doubt: The receiver feels incapable or flawed.

  • Resentment/Withdrawal: They might pull away from the person giving the "advice".

  • Dependency: Ironically, feeling judged for lacking agency can make them more reliant on others for validation.

When it Works (Genuine Support):

  • When it's offered with empathy and patience.

  • When it's about empowering their own capabilities, not meeting your expectations.

  • When it's collaborative ("How can we support your plan to…?") rather than directive ("You need to…").

RED WORLDVIEW (Egocentric/Power)

The Red worldview is characterized by impulsive, self-centered behavior, a focus on power and dominance, and little concern for rules or others' feelings. The world is seen as a "jungle" where the strong survive.

YANG

  • Healthy: Healthy YANG Red sees itself as an initiator, leader and champion, fighting away the ‘bad’, while protecting the vulnerable or weak — which is often interpreted as the YIN to it’s YANG— or offering reliable support or strength where needed.

  • Narcissist: This is the archetypal "unhealthy" Red YANG manifestation. The individual is overtly grandiose, seeking to dominate and control others through force or coercion. They act on immediate desires without guilt or remorse, viewing others as tools for personal gain or sources of admiration. This expression aligns perfectly with the core narcissistic traits of exploitation and lack of empathy, prioritizing "I" above all.

    YIN

  • Healthy: Healthy YIN Red might see itself as vulnerable or in need of leadership, support, or strength, to be protected, rescued, saved, or championed by a warrior, leader, master, or savior — which is often interpreted as the YANG to it’s YIN.

  • Empath: The concept of an "empath" as conventionally understood (highly sensitive to others' emotions) is less congruent with the core Red drive, which suppresses sensitivity in favor of strength and self-preservation. If empathy exists, it's likely a suppressed potential. An individual with an underlying capacity for empathy might struggle in a Red environment or might use an understanding of others' weaknesses as a way to survive and gain power (a more Machiavellian form of "empathy" rather than a compassionate one). A truly sensitive person at this stage could likely be seen as weak or easily exploited.

BLUE WORLDVIEW (Absolutist/Order)

The Blue worldview sees the world through order, rules, duty, and adherence to a moral code or higher authority to create stability out of Red's chaos. Conformity and discipline are highly valued.

  • Narcissist at Blue: The narcissist in a Blue worldview uses the system's rules and hierarchy to gain status and control. Instead of overt dominance, they may become a rigid enforcer of the "moral code," using the rules to judge and control others while positioning themselves as righteous and infallible. Their sense of entitlement is masked by a belief they are operating on behalf of a higher power or the "correct" system, using this as justification for their actions and a way to demand admiration for their "duty" and "discipline".

  • Empath at Blue: The empath at the Blue level channels their sensitivity into a strong sense of duty, service, and moral responsibility to their group or a higher power. They are highly concerned with fairness within the established rules and will work diligently to maintain the social order and care for their "in-group". Their empathy is constrained by the rigid Blue worldview, meaning they might struggle to feel compassion for those outside their group or who break the rules, as that would conflict with their strong belief in absolute laws and consequences.
