This initial series is 3 weeks and the full series is 6 weeks.

Sessions are held once a week for 1 Hour.

In sum, 3 Modalities are practiced, with each being the focus for a 1 week cycle which repeats.

Level 2 is an additional 6 weeks following the initial 6 week series. It offers the chance for individuals to deepen their healing practice and ground their positive changes.
